My TV Time…
What else can be better then a nice cup of coffee and a tv remote in other hand..and yes a 21” in fron of your eyes. You play the master ..you play the slave, nobody there to bother you..as you surf through the channels.
One such day I had..when I tuned to Mtv..On the job(News anchors), the show was fun…and the anchors were funny(they wer not meant to be but poor chaps…they were funny). When asked to give some trivia over the UFOs…one of the poor guys actually came up with the line “UFO sightings in Najafgarh……and we can expect aliens to takeover Earth anytime now…” on national television. That was one good new anchor..we should have more of those people in the industry..you know to spice up things. Oh sorry …I forgot we already have India TV…and Star news…who will crack up on a farting man for poisonous emissions causing the global warming.
Speaking of UFO’s…India TV had this alien thing going onfor a while now…but today…this was the limit when they claimed to had a video of alien..(which looked like a cheap rip off form ET). They had these cows being abducted by aliens last night…and now they claim to have reports form the NASA which speak of an alien settlement on the Moon. I mean….that would have been a bigger news…then Obama calling Americans incompetent. India TV burn in hell….
Talking of India TV…surprisingly..the only channel to have covered Miss Universe news this year… it took me a while before I could change the channel.
India had the ball in its court after a long time…and that’s the year Star World chooses not to air it.
No..Indian delegate was nowhere to be seen…but we saw Isha Koppikar sitting right next to Roberto Cavalli as a co judge. I mean what the hell…..Isha Kopikkar…what great she has done?? She was judging some girl who was about to be a better known person in this world. Swim suits were all good…with a series of bad scores I saw..(How do they judge…they are all so nice in those two piece thingies).The winner Venezuela…was witty and hence rightfully she won(Because rest of the ladies were so pathetic at their answers). In response to the question “Who, men or women live an easier life?” she said “It doesn’t matter who lead an easier life..its the way they think. Men goes straight to what he wants and women walk on curves(with curves lolJ) fixing each turn and then going where they want” Can you even relate the Q to her A….I give her a B for not listening to the question. And yes people..USA did that again, she landed on her bum like the last year..all the presidential grease sticking to their boots I suppose. Anyways point is….I rather read Arundhati Roy then watchin the TV. Did you saw the Mahabharata….I mean shriek -iest Draupadi ever … 25 days without TV…andnow…I hate TV.
